1. jenkins slave 的job log中，中文显示？？号。 对比发现：slave 中file.encoding 有差异。

乱码的机器：file.encoding = ANSI_X3.4-1968

正常的机器：  file.encoding = UTF-8

 异常如图显示：

 2. 如何修改file.encoding的值：nodes -》configure=>advanced... 中，设置如下值：

JVM Options = -Dfile.encoding=UTF8

 3. 重新断开=》连接该node，file.encoding值修改成功。

 4. 中文显示？？？号的问题解决
