法1. notepad打开vbscript文件，如test.vbs, 选择另存为，选择编码方式为Unicode后保存即可。
法2. notepad++打开vbscript文件，如test.vbs, 选择编码方式为Encode in UCS-2 Little Endian(UTF-16LE)即可。
