这个问题很显然是因为下载超时之类的，这个地址是国外的，我们可以改一下
替换项目根目录下build.gradle中的

  repositories {
          jcenter()
    }

为：

 repositories {
        maven{url 'http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public/'}

类似的建议都进行替换能加快速度，参照阿里云仓库（https://maven.aliyun.com/mvn/guide），如：
