1.查询用户的Profiles （用户名大写）
SELECT USERNAME,PROFILE FROM DBA_USERS WHERE USERNAME = ‘USERNAME’;

2.根据用户的Profiles 修改密码永不过期
alter profile APP_USER_PROFILE limit PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME unlimited;

我这时候修改密码提示ORACLE-2008 和 ORACLE-2000 password must contain 1 or more digits 密码存在校验规则

3.关闭密码复杂度校验
alter profile APP_USER_PROFILE limit password_verify_function null;

4.修改密码，并且修改用户状态
alter user username identified by password account unlock;
